Program Overview
The objective of the Master of Science in Management is to provide postgraduate students the opportunity to enhance their knowledge through independent research in a selected area of management. The focus on research and training in the program will enable the postgraduate students to be competent in handling basic applied research in their chosen specialties.

Entry Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree [Level 6, Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF)] in a business-related field with a minimum of CGPA of 2.75 out of 4.00 or it’s equivalent qualifications as accepted by HEP Senate; or
A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in business-related field with minimum GPA of 2.00 and not meeting GPA of 2.50, can be accepted subject to a minimum of 5 years working experience in the relevant field and rigorous internal assessment A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in a business-related field not meeting CGPA of 2.75 but above the CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00 or its equivalent qualifications may be accepted, subject to the HEP rigorous internal assessment (may include tests, interviews or portfolio);
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (For International Students)
Minimum Band 4 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) or equivalent to The Common European Framework (CEFR) (Mid B2): or Minimum score of 60 in Internet-Based Test (IBT) or equivalent score for Paper-Based Test (PBT) for Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL); or Minimum score of 6.0 in International English Language Testing System (IELTS); or Minimum score of 59 for Pearson English Test; Other equivalent qualification.

Other Fees

  • Student Registration Fees: RM 1500 – RM 2500
  • The estimated first-year payment for the EMGS and Immigration Charges is approximately MYR2,450 to MYR4,200/USD550 to USD950*. The student pass is subject to annual renewal and the charges are approximately MYR750 to MYR800/USD170 to USD180* per annum. *The amount will vary according to the country of origin. EMGS Fees are to be paid separately.
