Program Overview
Master of Project Management provides practice, tools, and techniques for the management of operations. You can apply the knowledge that you gain during the program in various projects and analyse the current operational performance of an organisation in terms of production, distribution, and International logistics and how to improve by redesigning business processes. The AQA Master of Project Management is an industry-driven programme designed for individuals who want to establish themselves as professionals in the project management field and those who are interested to pursue a new career in project management. The programme helps students to develop the ability to solve real-world problems, exercise sound management judgment, and develop efficient decision-making skills.
The AQA Master of Project Management aims to train students to acquire a wide perspective by providing courses in the core area of project management such as project management principles, managerial accounting and business linance, project quality management, managing talent and leadership, risk management, project monitoring and controlling system management, and business management. In addition, courses like innovation, resource management and entrepreneurship, will allow ALFA Master of Project Management graduates to be competent professionals in the era of globalisation, thus improving employability. This programme is ideal for project managers, supervisors engineers, project directors from various sectors – national and international public and non governmental organisations, ministries, banks, consulting companies, and entrepreneurs.

Entry Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree [Level 6, Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF)] in a business-related field with a minimum of CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00 or it’s equivalent qualifications as accepted by Senate; or Other qualifications equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) recognised by the Government of Malaysia; or A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in a business-related field with CGPA below 2.50 out of 4.00 or its equivalent qualifications may be accepted, subject to a minimum of 5 years of working experience; or Candidates without a qualification in the related fields or working experience in the relevant fields must undergo appropriate prerequisite courses determined by the HEP and meet the minimum CGPA based on (i) to (ii).
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (For International Students)
Minimum Band 4 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) or equivalent to The Common European Framework (CEFR) (Mid B2): or Minimum score of 60 in Internet-Based Test (IBT) or equivalent score for Paper-Based Test (PBT) for Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL); or Minimum score of 6.0 in International English Language Testing System (IELTS); or Minimum score of 59 for Pearson English Test; Other equivalent qualification.
